Dispatch times
Because every cover is printed to order, we work to a proof-first process:
- Digital proof emailed within 24 hours of your order
- Print, press and dispatch within 5 working days of you approving the proof
- UK delivery typically 2–3 working days after dispatch
Delivery
Flat-rate UK delivery, calculated at checkout. We ship across the UK including Northern Ireland.
Returns on personalised items
Because your covers are printed with your own logo, they can't be resold — so we don't accept returns on personalised orders for change of mind. That's exactly why we send a proof before we print anything.
If something's wrong
If your covers arrive faulty, damaged, or don't match the proof you approved, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace them or refund you in full. No arguing the toss.
