Terms of service

These terms apply whenever you use this website or place an order with LogoCovers. By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Postage is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including after an order has been placed, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Your logo and artwork

When you upload a logo or artwork for printing, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use and reproduce it, and you grant us permission to print it on your order. We print what you approve on your proof — check it carefully, as we are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Proofs and production

Nothing is printed until you approve a digital proof. Once approved, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled or amended.

Product descriptions

We try to keep sizes, colours and descriptions accurate, but small variations in colour, print placement and fabric can occur between orders.

Intellectual property

Except for content you supply (such as your logo), all content on this site — including text, graphics and the LogoCovers name and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Northern Ireland.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
